Before I upgraded to Windows 7 (Using Windows XP) I used remote software LogMeIn without problems. Recently I upgraded to an HP TouchScreen 610 PC with Windows 7 Home Premium.
Since then, remoting into this computer with LogMeIn (LMI) has shown very sluggish performance with jerky screen movements and sluggish mouse control. This seems to be a well known issue: I have tried so many things to improve its performance I can't begin to list them all. TeamViewer (similiar to LMI) works a little better, but still not usable.
Any suggestions? Hi, Since LogMeIn and TeamViewer are third party software, it is better to contact their manufacture to confirm the issue. Meanwhile, I suggest updating the network card driver from HP site. Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice.
